A Great Success: Opening of the Exhibition “A Part of Me, A Part of You!”

On June 8, 2026, the XChange Düsseldorf project celebrated the opening of the exhibition “A Part of Me, A Part of You!”— and it was a great success. Numerous visitors filled the venue, and the response throughout the evening was overwhelmingly positive.

The event began with the official presentation of the exhibition, and the participating artists were honored with flowers in recognition of their work. Following the opening, five participants performed poetry slam pieces and original poems reflecting themes of migration and refugee experiences. The audience responded with great enthusiasm, and the project team continued to receive positive feedback long after the official program had ended.

Visitor Information: The exhibition will remain open until July 14, 2026, at the Central Library of Düsseldorf (Konrad-Adenauer-Platz 1). Admission is free, and everyone is warmly invited to visit.
