Social Engagement
With our social services, we accompany and support people in shaping their lives in a self-determined and responsible way.
Social responsibility
Shaping the future together
Social work is an important focus of our work: we are committed to the well-being of children, young people, adults and families, based on a humanistic view of people. In our supportive work with people, we develop the personal skills and resources of our clients. We offer psychosocial support to overcome individual needs and challenges and are committed to creating a stable and empowering environment in which each person feels safe and can develop their full potential.
Children
Creating a loving and nurturing environment so that they can grow up healthy and discover their talents.
Our projects & programs:
The Tannenhof daycare center in the Vennhausen district is a lively place of education with a wide range of childcare options. With a bilingual orientation and early childhood support in the U3 area, we offer a diverse environment for the development of children. Our teachers create a holistic educational environment in which the children not only feel comfortable, but can also learn, grow and develop.
The Alpha Education Center aims to help children and young people from families with a migration background to develop their potential. With a multi-professional team, the education center promotes the physical, cognitive, social and emotional development of the children individually and sustainably.
Young people
To provide support and guidance to accompany them on their way to becoming self-confident and responsible adults.

The empowerment project “Young Muslim Women – Empowered, Strong, Self-Determined” is aimed at young Muslim women aged 14 to 27 who are interested in exchanging ideas and developing their individual strengths and skills together. As a mentoring program and networking offer, the project aims to strengthen the participants in their self-confidence, identity formation, media skills as well as in the areas of sex education and violence prevention.
The weekly girls’ café, creative workshops and a variety of leisure activities offer the young women the opportunity to find their own voice, take responsibility for their decisions and actively participate in shaping their living conditions.
The project creates a safe space for personal exchange and discussion in which the diverse realities and experiences of the participants are respected and taken into account.
