Moving Forward Together: AVP Staff Event

On October 5, 2026, employees from across the AVP team came together for a joint staff event at Bürgerhaus Bilk. The focus was on current developments within the organisation, exchange between the different departments, and a shared look at upcoming tasks and goals.

The heads of the individual departments reported on the work of the past months, important developments and projects that had already been implemented. At the same time, they presented their priorities and plans for the coming period and provided insights into the future perspectives of their respective areas.

The management team also provided information on AVP’s overall strategy and future direction. Together, participants discussed key topics, development perspectives and important milestones for the organisation’s continued work. The event provided space for information, personal exchange and dialogue across departments.

With many new ideas and perspectives, AVP is moving together into the next stage – with a focus on upcoming tasks, goals and the continued development of our organisation.
