Professional Development Strengthens Quality and Expertise in Everyday Kindergarten Life

Through continuous professional development in various areas of early childhood education, the quality of our institution can be consistently maintained, reflected upon, and further improved. At the AVP Kindergarten and Family Center Tannenhof, regular training opportunities are provided for the entire team as well as for individual educational professionals.

As a result of these training programs, our team now includes specialists in a wide range of fields, including psychosexual development, early childhood education and integrated language support, child protection, inclusion and integration, health and physical activity promotion, and most recently, mediation and parent counseling.

The entire team, the families, and above all the children benefit from the expanded expertise of our specialists, ensuring high-quality education, support, and care.
