Working Group on Women- and Girl-Specific Prevention of Extremism

The planned working group is conceived as an interdisciplinary platform that brings together perspectives from both practice and theory. Particular emphasis was placed on the importance of both offline and digital spaces for effective prevention work.

The strong interest and active contributions of the participants highlighted the need for a sustainable structure for exchange, cooperation, and innovation in this field. In addition to the digital format, an in-person meeting is planned for the second half of 2026 to further deepen collaboration and develop concrete next steps.

As initiators of the working group, cultures interactive and streetwork@online, in cooperation with BAG RelEx, welcome the positive response and see it as an important foundation for continued collaboration.
