On April 24, 2025, the fourth panel discussion on the topic of integration took place as part of the XChange Düsseldorf project. The aim was to highlight personal experiences and diverse perspectives on integration processes. Six participants took part in the panel discussion. The event was attended by a large audience, who also brought a variety of perspectives on the topic.

The discussion clearly showed that integration is a complex process. In addition to language and integration into the labor market, legal security, social participation, and societal recognition play a central role. The exchange emphasized the importance of equal opportunities, anti-discrimination, and respectful coexistence.
