Our prevention campaign opens up new perspectives on masculinity and highlights diverse, positive ways of being a man today. It presents inspiring role models, questions rigid stereotypes, and encourages critical reflection on societal expectations and media influences. Through low-threshold digital and peer-oriented formats, it promotes exchange on equal footing and supports individuals in recognizing their strengths and taking responsibility for themselves.
At its core are questions such as: What does masculinity mean to me? Who shapes this image? And what kind of man do I want to be?
The goal is to make constructive forms of masculinity visible and to strengthen the development of self-determined, reflective, and positive identity models.
